GQSP: For the revised A level and Extended Project

Face-to-face support visit request

Face-to-face support is available for schools with sixth forms, sixth form colleges and further education colleges to help you to respond to the changes to A level and to implement the Extended Project qualification. The support will be provided by a Lead Practitioner who is experienced in 14-19 education reforms.

The support can:

  • be tailored around your support needs
  • provide resources, including an audit and planning tool, to help you move forward
  • provide real life case studies, with practical solutions and advice.

The support is flexible and can take place at a time and place to suit you and your centre. This could be in a departmental meeting or as a twilight session and it can be delivered in a format of your choice, for example:

  • a face-to-face discussion
  • a group CPD workshop or presentation.

Areas of support could include:

  • understanding the implications of changes to A levels
  • introducing the Extended Project qualification to maximise progression opportunities
  • effective implementation of 14-19 reforms
  • curriculum design developing teaching and learning approaches
  • developing and demonstrating personal, learning and thinking skills.

If you would like to request face-to-face support, please fill in the form below and a Lead Practitioner will contact you to discuss your needs further.
